Terms & Conditions
Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return items purchased on our website or in-store, you must contact us at babyscorner@msn.com within 7 days of receiving your order. A refund can only be issued to the original purchaser who placed the order.
1) Items must be in their original packaging
2) unused & unopened with manufacturer tags intact
3) in resalable condition.
The return also must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Baby's Corner. You can obtain this Return Merchandise Authorization Number by emailing us at babyscorner@msn.com.
If an item is returned incomplete or without the original packaging, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Upon receipt of returned item, a refund will be issued for the value of the item(s) less the actual cost of shipping and handling that was incurred by Baby's Corner. All shipping costs are the responsibility of customer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the items. Baby's Corner is not responsible for loss or damage in shipping items back to us. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!
We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. There are no returns on sale items, special orders or replacement parts.

**Additional charges may apply for the Western Provinces, Nunavit, the Northwest territories, the Yukon, and other rural areas. Additional charges may also apply for oversized items. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.
Non Returnable Items
For health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on some products. These products include, but are not limited to: Potty seats, nursing bras, diaper pails and liners, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, pacifiers, nursing pads, nursing pillows, layette, teethers, thermometers, bath tubs and bathing accessories, lotions and powders, eating utensils, bottle feeding items / accessories, breast pumps, blankets, mattresses, diapers, potty seats, bath and fabric items and personal care items.
Damaged & Defective Items
Baby's Corner makes every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days to report the problem. After 5 days, Baby's Corner cannot replace damaged items and all remaining issues must be addressed by the manufacturer. Baby's Corner is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturers warranties. Warranty information when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer before contacting us as these matters are usually covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In the event that you need further assistance with a defective item, please contact us at babyscorner@msn.com.
If possible, we will replace damaged parts or send a replacement. Baby's Corner reserves the right to replace defective parts prior to replacing a defective item. Replacement orders or replacement parts for defective items are not eligible for express shipping. Defective items are not eligible for refunds unless item is discontinued or no longer available.
Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, we will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item.
Canceling an Order
Please email us at babyscorner@msn.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Return Policy. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us via email and provide the order number.
Refusal of Delivery
Any order refused is charged a $20.00 fee and customer is responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Baby's Corner due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Fees
Baby's Corner is not responsible for any financial charges you may incur by your banking institution or delivery provider.
Email Updates
Periodically we send emails out to inform our customers of specials or promotions that they might be interested in. You are not added to this list unless you subscribe yourself, or indicate, when checking out - that you would like to be updated. There is an automatic unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Email Update, if you choose to unsubscribe at a later date.
Baby's Corner reserves the right to makes changes to terms & conditions of sale at any time, any changes will be posted on this page.
